VIOLËT SUGAR – Powdered violet sugar with violet flavouring, i.e. flavoured, coloured and flavoured with violet.
Its application is very simple, like any other sugar, but it will incorporate what we have already mentioned, colour, aroma and violet flavour.
It can be used in desserts, confectionery and pastry preparations and even to add a twist to a cocktail.
The flavour intensity can be adjusted by substituting Violët for some or all of the sugar in the recipe.
Mix directly with the ingredients.
