POTÄTO BAKE PROTEIN TÖUFOOD — Potato Protein Powder

Concentrated potato protein with emulsifying, foaming and thickening properties. Its coagulating and structuring capacity makes it an ideal egg substitute for baked preparations, such as cookies, cakes and brownies.

At high dosages, it can develop a strong flavour, so it is recommended for recipes with intense flavours, such as chocolate or red berries.

How to use: Mix with the liquid base while cold, stirring well. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for a few minutes, then incorporate into the preparation.
