Payments and shipments

All payments are secure. The padlock in the address bar indicates that you are on a secure website protected by the SSL certificate.

Payment methods available are by most major credit and debit cards or by bank transfer IBAN: ES82 0081 0110 6200 0135 4237.

If payment is made by bank transfer, it will be necessary to add the order number in the concept, and the shipment will be made once the payment is made in our account.

The VAT applied to our products, according to the law, is 21%, 10% and 4%.

Shipments to all destinations in Spain.

For all shipments within Spain it is necessary to have a Spanish telephone number, either landline or mobile, so that the carrier can contact you in the event of any incident in the shipment.

The usual delivery time is 48-72 hours and from Monday to Friday. Excluding any public holidays.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, this could be extended to more than 72 hours.
In the Balearic Islands the delivery time is 72 hours except for unforeseen circumstances.

The shipping cost is calculated in relation to the weight of the products that make up the shipment.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, please contact us for a quotation subject to transport conditions.

Orders placed before 13:30 will be shipped the same day (except holidays). After this time, the order will be processed for the next working day.

For international deliveries outside the EU, please contact us.
