DEHYDRATED TOMATO FLAKES Crunchy flakes of concentrated dried tomato concentrate with an intense tomato flavour.
Approximately 11 kg of fresh ripe tomatoes are used to produce 1 kg. of Töufood Tomäto.
It adds tomato flavour to various preparations without adding acidity, as well as a crunchy texture.
It can be used directly in the finishing of savoury and sweet dishes, used as an ingredient in a preparation or ground into a fine powder.
When mixed with liquid products, it will rehydrate, thickening the preparation slightly.
Use directly, incorporate into the recipe, or grind into a fine powder.
