ESCATA SAL has captured the essence of the anchovy during the curing process, to offer the intense and natural taste of the Mediterranean umami.

Granulated sea salt, from the maceration of anchovies.

A unique tool to accentuate an infinite number of gastronomic creations.

It is a product of circular economy, coming from the maceration salt of anchovies, an undervalued product with great gastronomic potential.

Presentation and packaging:

It is marketed in a 150 gram format, designed for practical use in the HoReCa or domestic channels.

Packaged in compostable NatureFlex TM cellulose bags and recyclable FSC cardboard.

Ingredients:

Granulated sea salt from the curing of anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus).

Usual dosage:

Depending on application, for example, 10-15 gr. per kg.

Regarding the salinity level, each gram of ESCATA SAL is equivalent to 1 gram of salt.

Instructions for use:

Any type of preparation.

Allows salting and intensification of flavors.
