This velvet spray should be used with pieces that have been previously frozen.
Before use, soak your velvet spray ¾ in water at 45-50°C for 30min, or put the spray in the oven for 6h at 45 degrees Celsius.
Shake well to get the ball moving.
Spray on your cakes at a distance of 30-40 cm, in a ventilated room.
You can protect the work surface while spraying with a disposable spray booth.
After each use, purge the velvet sprayer by turning it upside down so as not to clog the nozzle.
