TÖUFOOD MALTÖ YUCA
Mixture of carbohydrates obtained from the partitioning of cassava starch. They are different glucose chains (dextrose) which, due to their property as a bulking agent, have the capacity to retain oils and fats in general, cold or hot, obtaining powdered products with a strong taste of the fat they retain. It also has wetting, thickening and anti-crystallising properties.
How to use:
Mix the product with fatty products and grind for a few minutes to break up any lumps.
A dose of 150-200 g per 100 g of liquid is recommended.
