TÖUFOOD POTATO PROTEIN WHIP is a protein concentrate from potato with emulsifying, foaming and thickening properties.
It serves as an egg substitute in traditional recipes where egg is used as an emulsifier and foaming agent, such as in meringues or whipped doughs.
For whipping meringues and cold preparations.
Foaming powder.
Ingredients:
Potato protein. May contain milk.
Use:
Mix cold with the base liquid with strong agitation.
Let stand for a few minutes (ideally 24 hours) in the refrigerator and whip with a whisk.
Dosage:
80-100 gr. / kg.
Product intended for food use.
Store in a cool and dry place.
