Rëd – COCHINEAL CARMINE POWDER
Sodium salt of aluminium chelate of carminic acid.
It is a dye prepared from the dried bodies of the female insect Coccus cacti or cochineal.
In cooking, it is used for its red colouring power in preparations such as sauces, ice creams, milkshakes, bakery products and others, without adding any added flavour.
Instructions for use:
Mix the preparation with the Rëd and shake. It is recommended to dissolve in water for application.
0,1-0,3 gr./ kg.
