KOA Cocoa Juice

Cocoa juice (Theobroma cacao L.) obtained from the pulp surrounding the cocoa beans, pressed and filtered. The product is made exclusively from this pulp, without modification or adulteration. It provides a fruity flavor to preparations, with acidic notes. It does not taste like cocoa or chocolate. It has a sweetness of 18 °Brix. Use directly.

There is no minimum or maximum dosage; it can be used as desired.
