Shiitake soy sauce is a sauce made from clear soy sauce mixed with shiitake broth and kombu seaweed.
In addition to being perfectly suitable for vegetarians, it is made with rare sugar, which makes it less caloric.
This amakuchi soy sauce is ideal for seasoning your dishes, adding a touch of sweetness combined with the umami flavour of the soy sauce and shiitake stock.

Light and mild, it combines the deep, rich flavour of shiitake with the umami of soy sauce, lightly sweetened with sugar.
Use:
This sauce will replace your traditional soy sauce and goes perfectly with marinades, sauces and slow-cooked dishes, such as pork belly glazed with shiitake soy sauce and honey, or grilled fish.
It can be used to create a broth or soup base, such as for an udon noodle broth, or to accompany your stir-fried rice and pasta dishes.
