It is a complex polysaccharide classified as a soluble dietary fibre and has stabilising, thickening and emulsifying functionalities. It is applied to products such as candies, beverages, jelly beans, creams and as a stabiliser in beverages.
How to use:
Mix into the liquid cold or hot with strong agitation.
A dosage of about 0.1-40g/kg product is recommended.
