CELLULÄSE – Cellulase Enzyme Powder
Cellulase enzyme powder is a concentrated enzyme complex produced by yeasts.
It degrades cellulose present in fruits and other plant parts in a way that clarifies juices and peels, liquefies and softens uncooked parts of fruits and vegetables, maintaining the fresh taste.
Cellulase is a hydrolytic enzyme that can degrade cellulose in plant foods, improve the nutritional value of foods and allow digestion of some of the fiber present in the food.
Cellulase helps to break down plant cell walls, thus obtaining more energy by converting cellulose into glucose units.

Maltodextrin, beta-glucanase, cellulase, E-211, E-551.

Cellulase only acts on cellulose: it will only work on products containing cellulose.
Instructions for use:
Apply in powder form on top of the product, impregnate in vacuum or inject with a syringe.
Usual dosage:
Dilute 0.1-5% of Celluläse in water or in the product itself.
Available in 500 g and 100 g packs.
