Ingredients:
Chickpea protein.
May contain milk.
Use:
Mix cold with the base liquid, stirring vigorously.
Leave to rest for a few minutes (ideally 24 hours) in the fridge and whip with a whisk.
Dosage:
80-100 g/kg.
