Gomadare sauce is traditionally used as a dipping sauce for meat and vegetables when eating shabu-shabu, a Japanese stew.

This slightly sweet and creamy sauce is made with high quality white sesame paste and authentic dashi broth made with bonito and kombu seaweed.

You’ll quickly get hooked on this versatile sauce.
