ORGANIC YUZU PEEL. Yuzu is a small Japanese citrus fruit that produces little juice and has a very aromatic skin, halfway between tangerine and lime.

This powder is made from yuzu peel slowly dried in hot air and then reduced to powder, so you can enjoy the tangy aroma of yuzu without dampening your preparations.

The yuzu peel powder comes from our organic citrus grower in the Tokushima region, famous for producing exceptional citrus fruits.

Yuzu peel powder is ideal for adding the sour taste of yuzu to your butters, salts and for creating spice blends or teas.
