PËA PROTEIN TÖUFOOD — Pea Protein Powder
Concentrated yellow pea protein with emulsifying, foaming and thickening properties. Widely used to emulsify and aerate cold preparations with high overrun, such as mousses, biscuits and whipped cream substitutes, especially when combined with Inülin.
How to use: Mix with the liquid base while cold, using vigorous agitation. Leave to rest for a few minutes, then whip with a whisk.
