SPLIT NEGRONI

In an act of playing at the impossible, the challenge was to cross two completely antagonistic things through the technique of creative hybridization, on the one hand the Negroni, king of aperitifs with powerful and bitter traits, with something directly associated with dessert, the sweet and sugary but no less tasty Banana Split.

The idea was to cross how we could cross elements, flavors but without having a cocktail or banana split shake that was far away from the concept and appetizer profile of the Negroni.

As on several occasions in this blog, the Lyofëeling range has been key to demonstrating this objective.
