Vegetalgël is a gelling agent of vegetable origin obtained from various hydrocolloids. This gelling agent has the ability to produce very elastic gels and has a good water absorption capacity. It is particularly suitable for use in fruit glazing.
Instructions for use:
To use Vegetalgël, it is necessary to dissolve the ingredients with vigorous stirring. Luego, se debe calentar la mezcla hasta alcanzar al menos los 65oC, aunque se recomienda llevarla a ebullición.
