Powdered cold foam stabiliser Thickener-emulsifier for stabilising whipped and cold siphon foams. It allows the production of any foam without the use of standard stabilisers. It is tasteless and does not need to be rested as it acts instantly. Directions for use: Dissolve the ingredients in cold water with vigorous stirring. Introduce into the siphon or mount with rods. Usual dosage: A dosage of 50-100 g/kg is recommended. Available in 550 gr./19.4 oz. containers.
