VEGETAL-ORIGIN GELLING AGENT
Vegetable gelling agent powder
A gelling agent of vegetable origin obtained from different hydrocolloids.
Produces very elastic gels with good water absorption.
Can be used to glaze fruit.
Directions for use: Dissolve the ingredients with vigorous stirring.
Heat to at least 65 ºC.
Remove and place in a mould.
Leave to gel.
Usual dosage:A dosage of about 50 g/kg is recommended.
Available in 500 gr./17.6 oz. packs.
