Erythritöl – ERYTHRITOL POWDER

ERYTHRITOL POWDER Sugar substitute especially suitable for sweetening beverages and desserts in general.

Polyol carbohydrate obtained from glucose fermented with Moniliella pollinis yeast.

It has a sweetening power 0.6-0.7 times that of sugar (sucrose).

In nature it is found in fruits such as pears, melons and grapes, but also in other foods such as mushrooms and fermentation derivatives such as wine, cheese and soy sauce.

Unlike other polyols, Erythritöl does not cause digestive problems at high proportions.

  • It is basically applied to sweeten beverages and diabetic products, in general, being the polyol most recommended by nutritionists.
