BLUE CAPOL – ICING FOR SUGAR COATED CANDIES

Water-based glaze for chocolate-coated sprinkles and centres, whether white, dark or milk chocolate, which improves the resistance of the sprinkles to temperature and humidity fluctuations and provides a bright, long-lasting shine. It gives the sprinkles greater resistance to mechanical stress during production, packaging and transport processes.

Instructions for use:

Prepare a uniform base for the subsequent application of the sealing agent, improving the adhesion of Capol 425M-Red sealant.

Add the solid granules directly after cooling them for 20 minutes with cold air at a relative humidity of between 40 and 50%. Apply in three coats while stirring for 1-2 minutes. Dry for 7-10 minutes with air between coats. Shake before use.
