Food-grade white clay. It is obtained naturally through the extraction of sand and mineral rocks. It is used to prepare edible coatings in cooking and to encapsulate aromas when combined with oils. Pre-hydrate and add to the preparation or coat the products in a Kaolïn base to form a covering.
How to use:
A dosage of between 300 and 500 g/kg is recommended.
