Lactïc TÖUFOOD: Lactic acid powder
Acid produced mainly through fermentation. It is used as an acidity regulator in liquid products and to maintain pH in certain fermentations, especially vegetable-based ones. It also has antioxidant properties and, in addition to providing acidity, has a neutral flavor. Add directly to the preparation together with the rest of the ingredients.
How to use:
A recommended dosage is between 2 and 8 g/kg.
