Ingredients: Potato protein.
May contain milk.

Use:
Mix cold with the base liquid with strong agitation.
Let stand for a few minutes (ideally 24 hours) in the refrigerator and whip with a whisk.
Dosage:
80-100 gr. / kg.
Product intended for food use.
Store in a cool and dry place.
Available in 400 gr. packages.
