ROSË SUGAR – Rose-flavoured sugar with rose flavouring, i.e. flavoured, coloured and flavoured with rose.
Its application is very simple, like any other sugar, but it will incorporate what we have already mentioned, colour,
aroma and taste of roses.
It can be used in desserts, confectionery and pastry preparations and even to add a twist to a cocktail.
The flavour intensity can be adjusted by substituting Rosë Sugar for some or all of the sugar in the recipe.
Mix directly with the ingredients.
