Soy sauce Shiho no Shizuku
This high quality soy sauce is unpasteurised.
Taste: Its flavour is deep, long, round on the palate and very rich in umami.
Use: This soy sauce will delight connoisseurs. Although it can be used in all your preparations in place of salt, for a product of this quality it is best used as a finishing touch (sushi, sashimi, salad dressings, etc.) rather than in cooking.
Ingredients: Defatted soybeans (19.34%), wheat (19.34%), salt (16.01%), water (45.31%).

Producer: Shibanuma has a long history in the production of soy sauces.
Shibanuma was founded in 1688 (Edo period) in Ibaraki prefecture (north of Tokyo).
Its current president, Mr Shibanuma, is the 18th generation of Shibanuma since the company was founded in the 17th century.
Shibanuma continues to use traditional methods to produce soy sauce.
In particular, it continues to use wooden barrels, some of which date back to the Meiji era (late 19th century): these are used to produce sauces of exceptional quality.
