Description
Tartarïc – TARTARIC ACID POWDER
Powdered tartaric acid produced from calcium tartrate obtained from grapes or other fruits or from various fermentations.
Preservative (pickles), flavour enhancer and colour stabiliser.
Acidifier for wines, jams, ice creams, jellies and juices.
Mixing it with baking soda produces a chemical baking powder.
Instructions for use:
Incorporate it directly into juices or other products.
Usual dosage:
5-10 g/kg of product.
