TÖUFOOD ANTIÖX is a gelling solution to prevent oxidation.
A mixture of ascorbic acid and xanthan used as an antioxidant in fruits, vegetables and other foods.
The thickness provided by the xanthan provides a thick viscous texture that adheres to the food, on the one hand preventing contact with external oxygen and, on the other hand, retaining ascorbic acid, a powerful antioxidant, close to the food.
Powdered antioxidant.
Ingredients:
Thickener: xanthan gum (E-415), antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E-300). May contain milk.
Use:
Dissolve the product in water and dip the fruit/vegetables or paint them with the solution.
Dosage:
30 -50 gr. / kg.
Product intended for food use.
Store in a cool and dry place.
