TÖUFOOD YÖDRY ACID is a sour yoghurt powder. Yoghurt flavoured preparation. Powdered preparation with yoghurt flavour and aroma, so that in recipes where it is not possible to add fresh yoghurt, it can be incorporated to add the flavour of yoghurt. It comes in powder form and is very easy to incorporate in different preparations such as sweets, nougatines or croquants, biscuits or sponge cakes among other doughs, lyo fruit, ice cream, etc.
