Description
ASCORBÏC – ASCORBIC ACID POWDER
Acid extracted from fruits and other parts of plants or from fermentations.
Also called vitamin C, it is used as an antioxidant.
Prevents fruits and vegetables from browning when peeling.
It can also be used on meat.
Instructions for use:
It is usually diluted in water, by painting the surface of the product or by introducing it directly into this solution.
Usual dosage:
5-15 g/kg of water.
