Description

GLUCOSIDÄSE – Amyloglucosidase enzyme powder

Concentrated enzyme complex produced by the fermentation of Aspergillus niger yeast.

  • It breaks down starch and glucoside sugars into glucose monosaccharides.
  • It can be used in plant-based milk production processes or for the production of fermentable sugars.
  • For alcohol production.

Its application adds sweetness and facilitates fermentation. Its functionality and performance increase dramatically when used in combination with Amylase. It is recommended to impregnate with 2-5 vacuum cycles for best performance.

Applications:
Cover, inject or immerse the product with the Glucosidase solution.

Dosage:
A dose of between 10 and 50 g/kg is recommended. It can be used directly.

Storage:

Recommended storage temperature: 15-25°C, in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light and tightly closed. Avoid storing directly on the floor.
