INVERTÄSE – INVERTASE ENZYME POWDER
Powdered invertase enzyme that degrades sucrose into glucose and fructose.
Inverted sugars are obtained, and it sweetens products by enhancing its own sugars.
Used to make chocolates with liquid inside.
Invertase only acts on sucrose: it will only work on products containing sucrose.
Instructions for use:
Mix with the sugar or fondant and let stand at room temperature or vacuum impregnate the product.
Available in packages of 100 and 500 gr.
