Mälto Tapioca – TAPIOCA MALTODEXTRIN POWDER
Mixture of carbohydrates obtained from the partitioning of tapioca starch.
They are different glucose chains that have the capacity to retain oils and fats in general, obtaining powdered products with a strong taste of the fat they retain.</p
It is a gluten-free product and therefore suitable for coeliacs.
Characteristics and applications:
- Mix the powdered product with oils or other fats until it is absorbed.
- It can also be used as a humectant, thickener and even as an anti-crystallizing agent.
- Usual dosage: 200 gr. of Mälto/100 gr. of oil or fat.
- Available in 1 Kg. package.
