Concentrated protein from soy, with emulsifying, foaming and thickening properties.
Emulsifier protein and egg white substitute.
May contain milk.
Mix cold with the base liquid with strong agitation.
Let stand for a few minutes (ideally 24 hours) in the refrigerator and whip with a whisk.

Product intended for food use.
Store in a cool and dry place.
