THERMOGËL – Thermoresistant gel Powdered gelling agent.
Mixture of sodium alginate with calcium salts to form the gelled product, but with retarding salts to allow the product to gel slowly.
The resulting gel is thermally resistant and withstands oven and iron temperatures.
It can also be used as a binder and as “glue” for amalgamated products to be cooked, such as veggie burgers.
Gelling agent: sodium alginate (E-401), stabilisers: E-516, E-450iii.
May contain milk.
Sprinkle on wet products or introduce into the liquid with strong agitation.
Leave to gel in the fridge for 20 minutes to 24 hours.
10-15 gr. / kg.
Product intended for food use.
Store in a cool and dry place.
