For carbonating beverages and sweet preparations. Gelling agent in granules. Ingredients: Sugar, acidifier: citric acid (E-330), raising agent: sodium bicarbonate (E-500ii), glucose syrup. May contain milk. Use: Add directly to the preparation together with the other ingredients. Serving Size: 5-15 gr. / kg. Product intended for food use. Store in a cool and dry place.
