Yödry -YOGURT POWDER
Adds yogurt flavor to candies, cookies, cookies, fruit and other preparations.
Yoghurt sprayed using the spray-dried technique, which consists of dispersing the product as an aerosol on a base at a very low temperature.
This technique manages to keep all the flavour of the main product and transform it into a fine powder.
It has a high percentage of protein and a low percentage of fat, and generates an intense yoghurt flavour to any preparation such as sweets, biscuits, biscuits, fruit and other preparations.
Preparations with Yödry can be baked and frozen without any problems.
High-protein, low-fat carbohydrates from fermented, spray-dried yoghurt.
It is a gluten-free product and therefore suitable for coeliacs.
Characteristics and applications:
- Usual dosage: 50-150 g/kg.
- Available in 600 gr. and 130 gr. packages.
